We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, such as your name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and work history. If you are an employer, we also collect business registration and address information.

Bur utilizes your device location to match you with nearby jobs and verify neighborhood presence. You can adjust your location preferences or choose verified neighbor privacy mode in Settings to restrict profile visibility.

We use your data to:

• Connect you with nearby job opportunities

• Facilitate direct employer-worker messaging

• Maintain safety through our manner temperature and neighborhood verification

• Send relevant job notifications and application status updates

We do not sell your personal data. When you apply for a job, your public profile information and job application details are shared with the respective employer. You can control whether your profile is shown only to verified neighborhood employers in Settings.

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. You can request account deletion at any time in the Settings menu. Upon deletion, your personal data, job postings, and applications will be permanently removed from our active databases.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date or through in-app notices.
